My WD My Passport Ultra 1 TB fell from about a height of 3-4 feet and since then my MacBook is not able to detect it or any data of the drive. Also when I go to disk utility, the drive shows ‘not mounted’, and even after trying to mount it by clicking the ‘mount’ button it is not getting mounted. Brand new Latitude 5400.Win 10 WD Passport is also new. Recognized in other PCs. Cannot find in device manager or disk management. I am out of ideas.
